About Our Parent CompanyCare Advantage - Dedicated to Service Since the Beginning
In 1988, Richmond, Virginia, Debbie Johnston, RN, identified through her role as a hospital nurse that patients were frequently being discharged from the hospital quickly and often while still in recovery.
Ms. Johnston appreciated that due to this worrying trend there would be a need for home care services to help patients through this transitional phase after discharge to reduce rehospitalization. Care Advantage was born out of a need to provide care and support to those who would be otherwise helpless.
Three decades later, our focus and motivation remain the same. Our passion for delivering care continues to grow with every client and patient we engage. We remain fully committed to serving those who need assistance in their home and keeping them close to their families, loved ones and familiar surroundings.
With Care Advantage in-home care locations across the DMV, we are poised to deliver the best possible services to all manner of clients in their home. We vow to make a positive contribution in the communities we serve and will always do so with passion, integrity, and care.
Our team is comprised of dedicated and compassionate individuals who seek every opportunity to create the best outcomes for both internal and external customers. Care Advantage is always here to provide families with peace of mind and affordable care whenever it is needed!
