Pam has spent her entire career in senior care including long term care facilities and home health care. Her higher education is in Social Work, and she is certified as both a certified Geriatric Care Manager and Licensed Assisted Living Administrator. In 2013 she opened Allegiance with the primary goal of providing support and guidance to seniors and families to help them make the care decisions that are best for each individual situation, assisting them to age in place whenever possible in a happy and healthy way!
Dr. Rahel Yirga
Dr. Rahel G. Yirga is a board certified Internal Medicine physician; a graduate from the University of Maryland. Her experience encompasses private practice to hospital care including intensive care and emergency. She was drawn to the geriatric field because of her caring personality and interest in influencing the quality of life for seniors. Her goal for working with seniors in the home care capacity is to enable them to live their lives as independently as possible by bringing the care they need to the comfort of their own homes.
Christine has significant diverse experience in the healthcare field including caregiving, medical billing and coding, and assisted living management experience. She is certified as a Registered Medication Aide, Direct Care aide and Natural Health Consultant. She was recruited, specifically hand-picked by our President because working together in a previous capacity Pam found Christine’s dedication and compassion for the residents remarkably impressive. Christine handles the daily operations for Allegiance.
Rachel’s focus has always been in the area of Geriatrics. After receiving a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services with a Minor in Gerontology she has worked in the home care field full time, managing and coordinating the care of elderly clients. She has since obtained a Masters degree in Health Services Administration. Experienced as a caregiver herself, providing care to a client with Alzheimer’s, she has first hand experience and knowledge in what our caregivers go through and what it takes to do what they do.
Noelia has 5 years of experience as a Care Coordinator in the home care industry. She prides herself in knowing the industry well and continues to expand her knowledge through courses and training. She has as true passion for helping others and develops instant personal connections with both caregivers and clients alike. When asked why she loves her job she states “I love getting to know my clients so that I can match with the right caregivers and see the smiles on their faces. It is a very rewarding experience.”

All of our caregivers are fully background checked and credentialed before referred to you for a personal interview.
