Allegiance is reinventing home physician care with regular home visits from a physician with a focus on preventative care. Stay healthy and avoid medical issues that crop up from getting worse.

No Contracts

Our clients only sign service agreements. You are never locked into a contract.

No minimum service requirements.

Pricing is based solely on the amount and type of care you request.

Long Term Care Insurance

Many long term care insurance policies will cover some, if not all, home care services. We can work with you to help you get reimbursed, including direct billing if your policy allows it.

Prince William County. Manassas, Haymarket, Gainesville, Centreville, Bristow, Nokesville, Lake Ridge, Dale City, Woodbridge, and Dumfries.

Fauquier County. Ask about specific coverage.

Shenandoah Valley. Our Physician House Call team services some of the Shenandoah Valley including Winchester, Clarke County, Frederick, Shenandoah and Warren Counties. Ask about specific coverage. We do not provide home care services in those areas at this time.

We are open to requests for service in the surrounding area, provided that we have a qualified caregiver near you.
